The annual club Fun Fly will be held at the field on October 15th. This is a members only picnic. Free food and soft drinks will be available to members. Guests of members will be allowed, but only members will be permitted to fly. The Fun Fly will be from 8 am until 4 pm.
The Fun-Fly is to be dedicated to the memory of John Branch, and will be named "The John Branch Memorial Fun Fly." There will be flying competitions and games, but this year we will be specifically including games that will be restricted to pilots who have soloed in the last 12 months. There will be a Donations jar should any member wish to contribute to charity. The proceeds will be sent to the charity in John Branch's name.
